Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with our Refund Policy.

All orders are professionally handled and packed to avoid any damage during delivery.

All refunds are subject to the following conditions being met:

The product/service has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;

• The product/service is unsafe;

• The product/service is significantly different from the sample or description;

• The product/service doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Refund Conditions

With Proof of Purchase

If the product you have purchased from C-MORE MARKETPLACE is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will refund the purchase price using your original payment method WITH YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

C-MORE MARKETPLACE reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy. To make a claim under our Refund Policy, we ask that you notify us by emailing within 24 hours of delivery time if the item has been damaged or there is a problem with the item. Please include all details about the item, proof of purchase, and full details of the problem. We may request photos of the item and its original packaging.

“Changed your Mind” or “Not used items”

We do not have to offer you a refund on “Change of Mind” or "Not Used items"

Unfortunately, we cannot refund for a change of mind or “not used items” on:

• Any food or frozen product;

• any refrigerated fresh food items including but not limited to dairy, meats, frozen goods.

Without Proof of Purchase

C-MORE MARKETPLACE reserves the right to deny a refund without proof of purchase.

You acknowledge and agree that:

A refund issued by C-MORE MARKETPLACE on the goods is not an acknowledgment of any fault by C-MORE MARKETPLACE or of any breach of the Terms & Conditions by C-MORE

MARKETPLACE and is not an acceptance of or a granting of credit to you.
