- Pre-braised pork knuckle and chef-made sauce (1pack)

Step 1: Prepare one medium and one small sauce pan.
Step 2: Unpack the pork knuckle and heat with sauce provided in the medium sauce pan until the soup glazing.
Step 3: Use the small sauce pan to boil water, add a dash of oil and salt and cook the bo choy.
Step 4: Assemble the pork knuckle, rice, and chilli paste as shown in the procedures video.
Step 5: Ready to eat!
