- Pre-braised short ribs with soup (1pack)
- Pho noodle 200g
- Half lime
- Red chilli pepper 5g
- Bean sprouts 50g
Step 1: Prepare two stockpots
Step 2: Place short ribs and soup base into the first pot & cook until boil. (add water to adjust to desired taste)
Step 3: Boil water in the other pot and cook pho noodles for 2-3 mins.
Step 4: Drain noodles and place in a bowl. Pour soup over noodles and add the remaining ingredients.
Step 5: Ready to eat!
