
INGREDIENTS PROVIDED:
- M7 Wagyu striploin 200g
- Other ingredients pack (butter, sauce, garlic, chives)
- Ponzu 15g
- Pickles 20g
COOKING STEP:
Step 1: Prepare fry pan and small sauce pan and heat rice following steps shown on our website.
Step 2: Unpack the wagyu, use paper towel to dry both sides, add salt to both sides and massage.
Step 3: Preheat fry pan, heat all sides of the tenderloin first, then heat front and back sides for 1 min (turn the steak every 15-20 secs)
Step 4: Turn down the heat and add butter, garlic in the other ingredients package in the same pan until the butter turns brown, use a spoon to bast butter over the steak repeatedly for about 30 secs. Take the steak out of the pan and let it rest near the stove for 3-4 mins.
Step 5: Assemble the steak, rice, egg, and ponzu as shown in the procedures video.
Step 6: Ready to eat!
